1. 14 Oreo Cookise
2. 40g Melted butter
3. 4g Grlatin
4. 20ml Water
5. 200g Creamcheese
6. 25g Sugar
7. 200g Whipping cream
2.Crack the Oreo black.
3.Add egg yolk and knead well.
4.Pour into moulds to smooth and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
5.Wait for 15 minutes.
6.Stir the sugar and white Oreos into the cream cheese.
7.Stir over water to melt the sugar.
9.Whisk the whipped cream into a separate bowl and mix.
10.Mix well and pour into moulds and chill in the fridge.
11.Wet a towel with warm water and apply it to the outside of the mold to make the cake better.
